On many occasions, when putting a property for sale or rent, we face difficulties in finding a buyer or tenant. Often, the situation of interior design of the property can be one of the factors that contribute to this delay. Home staging involves reversing this situation to speed up the sale or rental.

INFORMATION COLLECTION

You will contact me and tell me the situation you are in regarding the rental or sale of the property. In addition, you will send me photos and videos of the current state of the house, along with all the possible information you can add, so that I have the greatest knowledge of the situation. Based on this information, I will tell you if we can apply home staging.

FIRST MEETING

Once you have all the necessary information, we will coordinate a virtual meeting where I will explain what aspects we must reverse to accelerate the sale or rental process according to the theories of the home staging.

BUDGET

Once I have received all the information, I will draw up a budget that I will send you within 24 to 48 hours. I will inform you about the materials that will be delivered during the process, as it is very personalized for each case. This can include images, dossier, details, 2D and 3D images, among others.

MATERIAL 

Depending on each case, different files, images and supporting information will be delivered to carry out the transformation and speed up the sale or rental process. This will depend on the actions to be taken in each particular case. In addition, you will have my support in the days following the delivery of these materials for any questions that may arise.
